uncensorednewsfeed.com reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason. NO refunds will be issued if your account is suspended and/or canceled for any of the above reasons.

POSTING ABILITY

Posting ability is a privilege, not a right. Your posting access may be suspended at any time without notice at the discretion of our abuse department. If you are unable to post and believe that your access may have been revoked, you may contact uncensorednewsfeed.com with your account information. We will then will inform you if your posting access has been revoked and the reason. If it has, and you feel this was in error respond and explain the situation. They will then investigate and inform you of their decision by email. The decision of the abuse department is final and NO refunds will be granted due to inability to post after your posting access has been blocked. You will still have the ability to read articles.

Absolutely no refunds will be given after a username and password have been issued. If we find a charge has been forcefully refunded or charged back, you will be in violation of this agreement. You may cancel your membership at any time.To do this, send an email to webmaster@uncensorednewsfeed.com with the receipt email issued to you by CCBILL. along with your account username and password. Your account will then be cancelled at the end of your subscription period. Do not assume because you sent an email that the account was cancelled. Only after you receive the confirmation verification, will the account be considered cancelled. Chargebacks or forced refunds from your account will also cause you to be listed in an online fraud database. This will prevent you from using your credit card, or phone number on the internet again with thousands of companies that use CCBILL. for their online billing. Any chargebacks or forced refunds, that cause monies owing to uncensorednewsfeed.com, will be forwarded to collection agencies for recovery and be recorded in credit record. Legal action may be commenced. If you were never assigned a username and password due to an error on the part of uncensorednewsfeed.com, we will activate your account and compensate you (with extra time) for any lost time. We will not issue refunds for any other reason, with the exception of fraud (read below for details). Even if you do not, or can not access our service because you are unable to properly configure a software news reader program or any other reason, there are still no refunds given. Even if you have just joined and immediately cancel, full charges will still apply and your account will expire at the end of its current term. Your IP address is recorded when subscribing.Once subscription is complete, no changes can be made. Subscriptions can not be altered from three months to one month or one month to three months. No refunds or partial refunds will be given.
